Lush is a producer of fresh handmade cosmetics. I was really impressed by how cool some of their products are and the strange names they are given. They have this series of products that are called "Bath Bombs" and they fizzle whenever you drop them in the bathtub. Which I thought was really cool! So far I have tried their face wash, face cream, shampoo bars, and body soaps. While I may not completely incorporate their line of products to my everyday beauty regimen their products do make for a great novelty gift. OH...yeah. Last night the check out lady gave me a mask to try out. It apparently is made with real fresh products because it has to be refrigerated and it has an expiration date. I have not tried it out yet but I will let you know it it's any good.

Apple Cider Vinegar
If you are like me, you own a lot of products specifically for your hair. After a while your hair can look dull and weighed down. I used to go out and buy a shampoo specifically to remove all the residue on my hair, but now I use Apple Cider Vinegar. You can find it at any grocery store and it's very inexpensive. All you do is dilute a table spoon of vinegar in about a four cup container. Make sure to use warm water since you will be pouring it over your hair. Now, while you are in the shower and your hair is wet, but before you wash you hair, pour the mixture onto your hair. Make sure to massage it into your scalp and your hair. Then, wash your hair with your regular shampoo and follow the rest of your routine. Apple Cider Vinegar does have a distinct smell, but it should go away after you get out of the shower. Try it out, let me know how it works for you.

Vaseline
I was recently given this great beauty tip by a fellow co-worker. I had been complaining about small wrinkles around my eyes and contemplating microderm abrasion. She advised me to use Vaseline around my eyes, or anywhere else i noticed small wrinkles, at night before going to bed. Believe it or not, IT WORKS!!! Now, don't expect miracles. If you have severe crows feet your not going to get rid of that with Vaseline. But, if you have small lines and wrinkles, try it, it may surprise you.
